Trainings are offered to a variety of groups ranging from 8-30 people… community groups, neighborhood associations, parent groups, schools, professional and business groups, families, co-workers, law enforcement officers, nonprofits and many others.

Intro to Conflict Management
Free. Generally one hour.

This is a Free training in which participants will gain knowledge through an interactive experiential process of how to manage conflict. Participants will learn what a win-win conflict resolution is, explore the ways in which conflict is viewed affects the outcome and learn how to resolve conflict or use mediation in their community. All trainings are fun, interactive and experiential and can be held in locations convenient to the participants. The longer the training, the more material and practice time we can include.
