- Basic Mediation Training - This is our complete training, and consists of 45 hours of classroom instruction, role play coaching, experiential learning activities, and individual feedback. It also includes, free of charge, apprenticeship opportunities (two observations and two mediations with an experienced co-mediator) and five hours of followup training.
- Listening to Hear - These shorter skills trainings touch on a number of communication and conflict resolution topics and can be tailored for specific goals. These workshops are excellent as stand-alone trainings, staff development tools, and mediator skill builders.
